The main objectives of this apartment refurbishment were to achieve a larger sitting and dining area, as well as create one more bedroom and bathroom. The design brought the living area to the front, where the sun and the ceiling heights give the space a great ambiance. Two walls were demolished to liberate the space, and the solution for sustaining the space (through two C shaped beams bolted together) perfectly blend in with the plaster motifs of the ceilings. All original materials were refurbished and sanded to their original tones. The refurbishment was carefully planned and executed in one month.
