The house is a semi-detached house from mid-20th century. The house is spread along three floors, and the first intention of the design was to create a more functional and open staircase, uniting the floors in an elegant manner. The ground floor, once used for storage, now gave space to a beautiful kitchen opened on to a comfortable garden. The social areas on first floor overlook a beautiful sea view. On the top floor, two new ensuites were created.
