A new build located in an industrial area of the Lisbon waterfront, currently undergoing expansion and renovation. The building develops along the full length of a road and is composed of different facades, with different heights and colours, united by a metric layout of glazing. The outcome is an eclectic main façade giving the road front a characteristic Lisbon look with a contemporary twist, reducing the scale of this large development, housing 81 apartments ranging from one bedroom to four bedroom layouts.
