This house is located in the council of Alenquer, 50km north of Lisbon, and is inspired in its traditional regional architecture. By taking the children’s drawing of a house and using it not only as a façade but also as a floor plan, and repeating it four times around a centre space, the design unfolds into a three bedroom house.
