Almeida Fernandes Arquitectura & Design is 6 years old! A highly challenging journey, but a path of growth at all levels.
On a personal level, I look back on these years and I see differences in maturity and confidence and, looking at the company as a whole, I see a larger, more consolidated team with the will to continue to grow and learn.
We started small and, six years later, we have signed more than 80 projects and we have collaborated with more than 13 architects in our team. A journey made of countless challenges, but always focused on our mission. We believe that architecture is closely linked to people, and has the opportunity to improve the lives of each one and the world we live in. It is a true vehicle of transformation and evolution.
Today we celebrate six years of providing a service in the most nuclear and true sense of the word. Six years of working to improve people's lives by transforming the places they live in. And so we have been moving forward, growing almost 40% with each passing year.

We look to the future as an increasingly cohesive group of architects who, together, seek a common horizon of service and creation. What we left behind are elements in harmony with the landscape in which they are inserted.
We also look to the future with responsibility in the face of countless challenges that await us. Uncertainty, political and economic instability has to be taken into account, but we have the confidence in the talent of our team, the quality of our service and in the willingness of our clients to build projects with impact.
Finally, we also look to the future with environmental responsibility, with the desire to know more, to learn more and to work more sustainably, in the way we operate, design and build. Here too we are very proud of the path we have taken, with sustainability at the center of our work, and we accept the challenge of always studying more, to deepen our commitment to the planet and the resources we use.
A path made that makes us proud and fills us with strength and will to continue to grow and work. Congratulations to the studio, to the entire team and to all who accompany us.
