But what is architecture for well-being? The topic is identified by the IUA in its commitment to use issue-based design to promote health in buildings and cities.

Knowing that the built environment has an impact on the health of the people who live in it, Design for health and well-being must be a fundamental component included in every project, for every practice and at any scale. The UIA went beyond architecture's role in improving our lives, protecting, developing and restoring health, examining how architects can best contribute to the physical, emotional, environmental, financial and social well-being of humanity, while have a positive impact on the environment. Sustainability, the use of local raw materials with special meaning for the local culture and the surrounding history are some of the key points that help us to understand how we can work an architecture for well-being.

We invite you to get to know some of our projects that follow these lines.
