The proposal aims to enhance the end-of-terrace character, closing off the corner with a contemporary design that relates to its surroundings and consolidates the corner condition, in particular the street frontage along the side road.

The design consists of a two-storey side extension that creates a new building frontage parallel with the side road, along with a mansard roof extension to the rear that will align building heights with the existing neighbouring houses.
